- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We have an RV loan with this credit union. They are the worst. They operate as if it were 1980. There is no online bill pay. That should be a huge red flag. Try calling the only number they have - there are no less than 20 people waiting at any given time. I just called - 46 people ahead of me. Makes trying to pay your bill nearly impossible. 1980s. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER BETTER OPTIONS FOR CONSUMERS!By Billy Christensen, January 19, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A few years back, I applied for an investment account. Security never processed it. I e-mailed their customer service department about it at the time, but they completely ignored me. I e-mailed an executive at Security, and she said they didn't have the application. I have many examples of Secruity's poor customer service. This is why I sent them a letter telling them to close my account and to send me a check for the account balance. They closed my account. It's been almost 2 months, and they still have not sent me a check for the balance in my account. Again, they're ignoring my e-mails.By William McMullin, October 03, 2016
