- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The manager at the pierson rd office messed my tax refund up so badly. She sent my home heating credit in with the year 2015 on it and when i called to find out how to fix it she yelled at me like it was my fault...now here i sit almost 3 months later wondering what mistake she made on my state refund cuz i still havent received it...i call to the main office a month ago n i still havent gotten any updates on them fixing it so my advice to everyone is DO NOT go to liberty...By Kim Shirey, November 23, 2016
