If I sat and tried to think about how I could be worse than Elga, I don't think I could actually come up with anything. I wish 0 stars was a thing... 1/5 is way too generous. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went In there on Thursday to get an auto loan and had to wait 30+ minutes While the MINDY wasn't even doing anything but sitting in her cubical. Once she finally came out to help she was very rude. She got all the information she needed and said I would hear back from her on Friday around 2. Well she never called. So I called her 4 time and she never answered or retuned any of my calls. So finally before the closed at 7 I had drive 30 minutes to the branch to get any kind of information. For her to tell me "they just looked at it." Which was a lie and she never apologize for being rude or wasting my time. She WAS NOT helpful at all.
