- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I rate then -1 because of the attitude the worker had. Some people need to learn people skills. Hell be pleasant when you pick up phone . I ask this lady who work in this store can you tell me if my package have been return. It is 114 lbs so you could not tell me if it is their. I just feel of you ask a question don't respond with a smart ass attitude. I ask her since you can not tell me if it has arrive, how do I know , oh you have to track it . Smart ass. Then she says we will hold it for 7day and then get rid of it. Well how do I know when 7 days is up if you want give me a damm answer. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst UPS Store on the planet. Waited 45 minutes to ship a package I already had a label made for. Not only do the charge 1.99 to use the computer, they charge more to print.
