- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Seriously these people don't know what the hell they are doing. Need better training at taking care of loans. Paid off a loan for my car and they said I'll receive my title for the car in 10 days and never got anything for 3 weeks. Had to call them and they didn't even send it out!!! Wtf! Now I have to wait for another week to see if they did send anything out! Dumb mf's. Never will I ever make business with this pos Bank!By May Yang, April 09, 2017
